Intechcentras has become a certified institution with a license to perform plastic product recycling certification services in accordance with the RecyClass methodology (RecyClass Recyclability Certification).
The RecyClass recyclability certificate assesses how plastic packaging fits into the entire waste management chain, which includes collection, sorting, recycling and the possibility of reusing the recycled material.
Intechcentras carries out several types of recyclability assessments of plastic packaging that meet the needs of the entire plastic value chain:
- Design for Recycling Certification classifies qualitatively from A to F the technical recyclability of final plastic packaging.
- Recyclability Rate Certification rates the effective recyclability of final plastic packaging in a specific geographical area.
- Letter of compatibility evaluates qualitatively the recyclability of semi-finished packaging.
