VIDI
ViDi is an educational project designed for professionals in the manufacturing sector. The training program enables participants to create and implement practical data science projects within their workplace, specifically in a manufacturing company.
The data science projects are built around real-world manufacturing scenarios. They can focus on:
- Efficient utilization of data;
- Identifying how production challenges affect data processing;
- Transforming a practical production issue into a data science problem;
- Applying theoretical knowledge to real-world data projects.
The starting point is a production-related problem encountered by the manufacturing company. This problem is used as a case study throughout the course, guiding learners to create a data science project that aligns with the specific manufacturing issue, from inception to implementation.
The training program consists of 5 courses, incorporating innovative teaching and learning methodologies that are effective for distance learning and professional development in the field of data science. ViDi is aimed at workers, professionals in the manufacturing industry, and lifelong learners looking to enhance their data science skills.
