In RIS countries, where the digital and green transformation of SMEs, from the automotive to the wood industry is the key to development, digital twins are able to pave the path for enterprises to bring the benefits of digital data onto physical assets.
From product design to marketing and sales, and even after-sales, enterprises are taking bigger risks than ever before. Solutions in DigiTwinGreen offer enterprises an approach to achieve the objectives of their digital transformation programs, energy-saving and green transformation. However, SMEs in RIS countries are often facing a low level of trust, and often unpredictable environments, which can be a barrier to adopting new technologies and assure faultless and connected production. Therefore, a TLF-based simulation and development, a data-secured environment where they can safely map their own company data can be a driver for digital transformation. 6 RIS countries will be addressed by open call and digital twinning services.
All of the activities in DigiTwinGreen project are aiming at combining the advantages of existing TLF by its recycling module expansion and digital twinning to support green, digital transition, reduce waste and save energy, by increasing sustainability.
