SSEGAI

The SSEGAI project introduces a groundbreaking approach to material testing. SSEGAI (Structurescope EG + Artificial Intelligence) is an advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) technology that precisely determines the chemical-physical and mechanical properties of electrically conductive materials using eddy current (EC) methods. It delivers fast, accurate analysis of a wide range of materials – including metal alloys, carbon-fiber reinforced polymers (SRFP), and metal ceramics – in just seconds.

SSEGAI can replace up to 80% of traditional metallurgical tests (MT), enabling on-site analysis of finished products without the need for test samples. With SSEGAI, material properties are determined in just 30 seconds. This breakthrough not only accelerates testing but also dramatically reduces financial, time, material, technical, and human resource expenditures across production processes.

The technology consists of the Qu-Scope measuring device and the Nanoinspect AI Solution software suite.
