The recent period in the manufacturing sector has been marked by the digital transformation of the industry. Responding to the issues of sustainability and digitization in production, the project partners are developing and piloting two digital tools for industrial companies.
CASP software SUS4 is designed to help overcome digitization barriers for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. It enables greener production and is fully customizable to the needs of a specific company.
Upkip, a platform developed by ICB, changes the order planning process: the program allows you to filter and track processes according to each individual production machine. The digital tool allows you to assign shifts, track operations and manage capacity. Order and performance indicator panels and a virtual 3D map of the production workshop inform about the situation in the factory, allow you to analyze the status of operations, load programs, and monitor the progress. The digital production planning assistant generates reports with data-driven insights.
