What is the Injection Moulding 4.0 Driver Licence®?
The Injection Moulding 4.0 Driver Licence® is a new and unique product in injection moulding training.
Programme Benefits
The advantage over traditional training programs is that the awarded certificate is like a driver’s licence; it’s given only after a student has passed the final theory and practical examination rather than on the basis of attendance. Passing the examination proves that the student has understood the training and is able to apply the knowledge into the practice of injection moulding. The courses progressively improve students’ injection moulding knowledge and increase their ability to diagnose and solve problems.
Students who pass the stringent Injection Moulding 4.0 Driver Licence® examination will possess injection moulding expertise equivalent to their German counterparts.
A Certificate
The Injection Moulding 4.0 Driver Licence® is a certificate, similar to a driver’s licence. It is not a certificate achieved just by attending the course, which is often the case in traditional training programs.
Certification is only obtained after the participant has passed the final exam. Those who have passed this stringent test will be proven to have a sound theoretical and practical knowledge of thermoplastic injection moulding.
Students who pass the stringent Injection Moulding 4.0 Driver Licence® examination will possess injection moulding expertise equivalent to their German counterparts.
400 exam questions
The participant will need to be able to pass several examinations drawn from a database of 400+ questions that covers all areas of injection moulding such as plastic materials, tools and machinery.
Practical Knowledge
Parts of the examination are practical exercises that must be performed in the factory environment. The results have to be explained and discussed by the students in the written section of the examination, with additional questions to be answered orally. Passing this section proves that the student has understood the training and is able to transport the knowledge into the practice of injection moulding.
On-job Training
Parts of the examination are practical exercises that must be performed in the factory environment. The results have to then be explained and discussed by the students in the written section of the examination, with additional questions to be answered orally.
