The consortium has developed a digital training program focused on digital twin technology, targeting production managers and decision-makers.
The project seeks to assess the current state of digital twin technology adoption, identify knowledge gaps, and analyze the technologies currently in use. Based on this analysis, a competency-based training program is being designed. The training aims to familiarize participants with the transformative impact of high-impact technologies on individuals, traditional processes, and organizational structures. The training will be piloted at Solaruce.

Intechcentras is responsible for conducting the situation analysis, designing the training program, testing it with industrial companies, and managing its publicity.
