Once the project management methodology has been selected, training begins within the company. Company employees gain a general understanding of why and how projects are managed within the company. The duration of the training depends on the company’s needs; during the sessions, we determine the environment in which the work is carried out and how best to manage it. Training participants grasp the fundamental differences between an experiment, a project, and a process, and are able to assess the scope of a project, plan it, and create a schedule.
Additionally, an InTechCentro consultant teaches project managers to report on progress, monitor the project’s progress, and manage changes—which are inevitable in a project environment—while the project is underway. The goal of the training is to prepare managers who can complete a project on time, within budget, and to full scope, and apply the lessons learned in the future.
After the training, the methodology is implemented and supported in practice—as employees begin working according to the chosen methodology, they are provided with assistance. The benefits of these sessions include more projects completed on time and within budget, smoother company operations, and fewer losses.
